The D3’s interior is well formed and at the premium finish of sturdy. It canters to a five-pot baseline, hustles beside loyal responsibility and is as safe because the Riksbanken.
To the faithful, then, the V40 can push all the correct buttons. except for the atypical Audi and BMW customer, already distracted by a stylish new Mercedes A-class, it’s difficult to argue that Volvo has provided enough of a reason to ponder a switch of allegiance.

Especially since the sport pack, a possible fashionable addition for that demographic, trims some of the much-needed absorbent fat from the hatchback’s figure.
Nevertheless, jettison that choice, ignore the occasional lack of vigour and therefore the V40 certainly rewards closer review.
